Data access and management 
•    Data cleaning and uplift at source and on input
•    Data warehouse design and implementation 
•    Uplift to visualisation and reporting

•    Reporting consolidation 

Customer Experience Strategy 
•    Design and development of a four stream CX strategy including measurement frameworks and targets that was presented and approved by the board
•    Presentation across business
•    Owner for MVP 1 and 2
•    Introduction of physical Agile Wall to drive out comes

API strategy 
•    Development of business case for board approval 
•    API strategy and oversight of MVP 1 planning and release
•    Operationalise API within business 
•    Integration of three applications 

Portfolio Management Office
•    Development of a three-part project deliver framework 
•    Introduction of Lean, Agile and Iterative strategies 
•    Introduction of Portfolio lead frameworks and reporting
•    Implemented Agile planning and iteration management
