Director - Digital Transformation and Counter Services

Reporting directly to the Deputy Director-General – Justice Services and the Director-General for developing and driving the Justice Service Division transformation agenda across online and counter services.

​

Delivered a new online service every 10 business days across all the business units that made up the Justice Services.

​

Advice the Deputy Director-General on departmental involvement in One Stop Shop and departmental responsibilities.

​

Lead a team to research, prototype and deploy digital services across the Justice Service Division under an Agile delivery framework.

​

Accountable for the following Digital initiatives:
•    E-Seals pilot and operational implementation
•    Domestic Violence research 
•    Online DV application tool 
•    Dispute Resolution online triage tool 

​

Design and conduct Customer Journey mapping across all stakeholders in the criminal justice process with a person centric approach. 

​

Designed and facilitated project training across Supreme, District and Magistrates Courts, Birth Deaths and Marriages, Justice of the Peace Branch and Courts ICT. 

​

Responsible for Queensland Courts Audit - Physical an election commitment. 
•    Established governance boards and working committees with Deputy Director-General as SRO.
•    Established and ran procurement panels across the department.
•    Oversight of Project Management under a PRINCE2 framework.
