Summary

An energetic and highly experienced executive leader with significant success in large scale transformation, service innovation and commercialisation programs.  Blending multi disciplinary skill development with strategic, tactical and operational leadership across not for-profit, commercial and government sectors.

I am a passionate and energetic multi-disciplinary generalist with deep specialist skills at both a technical and strategic level. I can present and engage Boards and cut code with a developer.

I can design and run direct customer research and design a data strategy, implementing a data warehouse and a Single Customer View across multiple channels.

I am comfortable talking to technical teams about ACL’s and F5’S during a working party on the next Security upgrade as I am talking to a Portfolio Manager about the delivery framework required to deliver a large program of work.

I can read a JSON response as easily as I can read a Business and Functional requirements document and RFQ response.

I can write stories and acceptance criteria with the same skill I can develop a three year, million dollar business case that gained Board approval on the first submission.
